Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
  3. Add the cooled pasta and gently toss everything together.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or allow to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
