- 4 tostada shells
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Heat the tostada shells in the oven according to package instructions.
