An easy and delicious breakfast skillet recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in bell peppers and onions; sauté until soft.
  4. Add diced chicken ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Make space in the skillet, crack eggs and cook to your preference.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
  • Serve with toast or tortillas.
