- 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, scramble the eggs and add turkey bacon, chicken ham, and bell peppers.
- Stir in the cumin, paprika, and half of the cheese.
- Fill each tortilla with the egg mixture and roll up tightly.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and cover with salsa.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
