  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, and sauté the eggs until scrambled.
  4. Add the chicken ham and cooked turkey bacon to the eggs, mixing well.
  5. Warm the tortillas in another skillet, then fill each with the egg mixture and roll them up.
