  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness.
  4. Slice the bagels in half and butter the insides.
  5. Layer turkey bacon, an egg, and cheese on the bottom half of each bagel.
  6. Top with the other half and place them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
