- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- Combine all dough ingredients in the bread machine pan.
- Select the dough cycle and start.
- Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a floured surface.
- Melt butter and spread it over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise.
