  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season scallops with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Add scallops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove scallops and set aside.
  5. Add butter to the skillet and melt.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
  7. Return scallops to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
