Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch, and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and broccoli to the pan, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and oyster sauce, and stir until the broccoli is tender.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
