Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Incorporate the cooked ramen noodles and stir to combine.
