  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the softened butter.
  3. Add both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add flour and chocolate chips; mix until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
