  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add melted butter to the bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Mix in baking soda and salt.
  6. Gradually add flour while mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
