- 1 medium butternut squash
- 8 ounces pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the butternut squash in half, scoop out the seeds, and place cut-side down on a baking sheet.
