Baked Boursin Cheese Pasta with Sundried Tomatoes and Spinach

A delicious baked pasta dish made with creamy Boursin cheese, sundried tomatoes, and fresh spinach.

  • 1 cup Boursin cheese
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and sundried tomatoes, sautéing until spinach wilts.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Boursin cheese, cream, and the spinach mixture. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
