- 1 cup Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
