  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  5. In another bowl, mix the brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon to create the crumble topping. Sprinkle it over the cheesecake.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Let it cool before serving.
